Garage Owner Association
All owners of the Airport Garage Condos will be members of the Hayden Airport Garage Condo Owners Association, a non-profit Colorado LLC. The monthly association fees will be approx. $45/mo. for the car units. This fee will cover all operating expenses including heat for your unit.
